We've always wanted to do something like this, but never quite had the resources. But with the launch of Fula-Bed coming up, we felt like there wouldn't be a better opportunity to do so than now. After a lot of planning, and onboarding with a super expensive software, we are glad to announce the new Fulament Knowledge Base!
The goal of help.fulament.com is to build an archive of information surrounding Fulament products. Everything from installation guides, troubleshooting help, and community discussions. Previously, we've used animated videos for installation. While very aesthetically pleasing and easy to understand. These videos were also extremely expensive and time intensive, preventing us from making quick revisions or super specific guides like in the case of Fula-Flex: Resin Edition and the endstop modification some printers need. Now we can effortlessly release updates and even have you comment on the guide directly. So if you ever find yourself stuck, or found a certain step to be troubling, you can let us know and we'll make the fix!
We are slowly transitioning our old guides from fulament.com, to this new knowledgebase, with some awesome revamps. We are launching with the Fula-Flex 2.0, Fula-Flex: Resin Edition, and Ender 3 Fula-Bed sections ready to go! Over the next month we'll be adding the rest of our product lineup. We'll also be working to make it look prettier, as we find it quite ugly in it's current state.
